STEPS ON HOW TO SET UP THEME 

1. Download all images

2.Download apple app shortcuts 

3. Open app > create new shortcut > add action: open app > choose app > press three dots at the top right > add shortcut to home screen > replace icon with custom photo!

P.S. please note you have to make a new shortcut for each app! but having all photos saves you so much time.
